Warranty 

To ensure a quick and easy claims processing, SpartanSpark recommends returning the item directly to Creations Morin if the claim is made within thirty (30) days of the sale. Customer sales receipt must accompany the claim. SpartanSpark reserves the right to repair or replace, at its option, any product deemed defective. SpartanSpark guarantee products that have been repaired, provided that the repair has been carried out in its facilities or an authorized workshop. If, in the opinion SpartanSpark, failure of the product has resulted from accident, abuse, abnormal use or neglect, the product will not be covered by this warranty or any other warranty. This warranty is expressly declared in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. No one is authorized to offer another guarantee on the sale of SpartanSpark products.
